Please Note: We Do Not Offer Refunds
At The New Gallery, we do not offer refunds. We are happy to provide exchanges only within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and with all original tags attached

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
To request an exchange, please contact our team at ng.thenewgallery@gmail.comprior to returning your item. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Condition of Vintage Items
All of our pieces are genuine vintage, and as such, may show signs of age including light wear, fading, or small imperfections. These characteristics are a testament to each item’s history and are not considered defects. We believe they add to the charm and uniqueness of every piece.
